Google Business Profile management that wins the map pack

Nearly half of all Google searches have local intent, and the three-result map pack takes the majority of those clicks. We optimize and actively manage your profile so you are one of those three.

Why It Matters

The map pack is often the only result a customer sees

When someone searches “plumber near me” in Queens or “dentist open now” in Huntsville, Google shows three businesses, a map and a call button. If you are not in that block, you are competing for scraps below the fold.

An optimized profile is not a one-time task. Google rewards active profiles: fresh photos, weekly posts, answered questions and a steady stream of recent reviews. QRG World handles that cadence for you every week and shows you the ranking movement on a geographic grid.

Local search reality

  • Roughly 46% of Google searches carry local intent.
  • Map pack results capture the majority of local clicks and calls.
  • Most consumers read reviews before choosing a local business.
  • Profiles with recent activity outperform dormant profiles in competitive grids.
  • Inconsistent name, address and phone data suppresses map rankings.

FAQ

GMB questions, answered plainly

Is Google Business Profile the same as Google My Business?

Yes. Google renamed My Business (GMB) to Google Business Profile. Most business owners still say GMB, so we use both terms — the service and the ranking factors are identical.

Can you fix a suspended listing?

In most cases, yes. We audit what triggered the suspension — usually address, category or name violations — assemble the documentation Google requires and file the reinstatement appeal on your behalf.

How many reviews do we need to rank in the map pack?

There is no fixed number; what matters is being competitive in your grid. We benchmark the top three competitors in each target area and build a realistic monthly review velocity target.

Do you manage multiple locations?

Yes. We manage single-location businesses and multi-location brands across New York, Alabama and Hawaii, with per-location content, reporting and review workflows.

Will you post fake reviews?

Never. Incentivized or fabricated reviews risk filtering and suspension. We build compliant request workflows that make it easy for real customers to leave real feedback.

Find out where you rank in your own neighborhood.

We will run a geo-grid scan of your top keyword and send you the map — including which competitors are currently outranking you and why.
